| A customer service representative
will contact you within 24 hours to go over the details of your
new account. At your convenience, you may stop by one of our
7 locations to pick up your new account packet. You will be

your old account open until your direct deposits and automatic
payments have been changed, and also until any checks written

The quickest way to sign up for direct deposit - or to change
it - is to ask the company or organization that issues the
check for their direct deposit form. Then fill out the form
using the account number and routing number from your new
account package.
The fastest way to change the direct deposit of your Social
Security check is to call

Do you have payments
- such as utility bill, loan payment, or insurance premium -
that are being automatically deducted every month from your
old checking account or
debit card?
Make sure to call each of these companies and let them know
you have moved to a new bank. They'll let you know how to proceed
- some may even let you make the change over the phone. So have
the information from your new account package. |
| Once all your checks
and automatic payments have cleared, close your old account.
Your former bank will send you a check for any balance remaining. |
